So I've been doing this fashion thing for a long while now and being a child of the 80's (just) and fortunate to have grown up with the Spice girls and Pat Butcher i have seen many trends come and thankfully go!
Fashion's not just in clothes it's in the air.... etc yeah OK i get that, but in the world i live in, the Edwardians are no more therefore i personally think Velvet can be disguarded permanently unless a stately home needs new curtains? I agree that along with faux fur and leather we should all own a Denim Jacket but NOWAY JOSE does double Denim need to make a comeback!
I do love scurrying my hair into pigtails but unfortunately I'm not dutch and i don't have cows to milk therefore the need for clogs to reappear is something that genuinely scares me.
Why Chanel has randomly/hideously thrown this trend upon us, I'm not sure? (Poor Coco!) I'm guessing it's down to the whole 7-10yr cycle.
